CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—Wise Construction Corporation, a construction management firm specializing in the healthcare, biotechnology, education and corporate clients, announced that the company has recently completed the renovation of 10,000 square feet of office space at Biogen Idec’s 10 Cambridge Center location in Cambridge, Mass.
Biogen’s is a global leader in the discovery, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of innovative therapies.
The phased project at Biogen’s 10 Cambridge Center location involved the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot space. The construction project included structural upgrades to an office space for the legal department, the creation of a secure high density file storage area, conference rooms and improvements to food service areas.
Wise Construction worked in conjunction with the project design team of Signer Harris Architects, a Boston-based architectural design firm.

Anytime you have a project where the facility must remain operational during the construction, you’re main concern is security and minimum disruption of the company’s day-to-day operations.
