Training magazine ranks Consigli as a leader in training and development
MILFORD, Mass– Consigli Construction Co., Inc. (Consigli) has been named to the 2013 Training Top 125 by Training magazine, a national business publication which ranks companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs.
“Their close alignment between training and corporate strategic goals led to strong financial performance, increased employee engagement, and a learning-centric culture,” said Lorri Freifield, editor-in-chief of Training magazine.
The Training Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
